Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate / Clinic Executive (Farrer Park MRT Station)
BJIOS Orthopaedics is looking for an individual who is able to aid in the coordinating of care across multiple healthcare providers and settings. This role enhances the overall patient experience and the quality of care.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage reception area, answering calls & handling inquires
- Registering, schedule appointment and processing payments for patients
- Verify patients on Third-party administrators (TPA), Insurances and Medisave details and process claims
- Facilitate Hospital Admission
- Assist Nurses and Doctors in administrative and clinical support
- Perform stock-taking of medical supplies and ensure accuracy
- Financial counselling, and coordinating of patient surgeries
- Provide and educate patients and family members on health grants and medical assistance information
Requirements
Minimum (GCE) N Level or aboveExperience in a clinic setting is preferredKnowledge in medical billing software & TPA Insurance ClaimsAble to work in a team or independently with minimal supervisionOutgoing and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in computer skillsService Oriented and patient focusedPossess organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage coordinate schedulesProficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients.Able to start work in short noticeBenefits
