- Plan and prepare schedule for project implementation
- Manage all Builders' and M&E works
- Conduct weekly site meetings with client and all sub-contractors

Prepare and monitor project costing and overview of profitabilityCommissioning and HandoverCarry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN, M&E works and etcConduct handover inspection with client and obtain endorsementComplete defect rectification works promptlyCollate and submit As-Built Drawings and Fire Safety Certificate to client / landlord / building managementSubmit progress payment claims / Variation OrdersAbilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)
