We are looking for a Chef De Partie , to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a designated kitchen section
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards in line with Shangri-La’s brand
  • Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP and hotel policies
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff within your section
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering
  • Collaborate with other chefs and departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Contribute ideas for menu innovation and seasonal offerings

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
  • Passion for culinary excellence and innovation
