Roles & Responsibilities

We are a dynamic and fast-growing Recruitment and Manpower Staffing Specialist. We are committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven work environment and we are seeking dedicated and highly organized Operations Specialists (Recruitment) to join our team and thrive with us.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to understand the manpower requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners.

Operations Management :

  • Support day-to-day operations by ensuring the smooth flow of processes and systems.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing and following up on daily deployment of manpower to client sites and activating contingency plan.
  • Maintain accurate records in data entry and track recruitment metrics.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Work closely with management to support development, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Provide operational insights and data to assist leadership in decision-making.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of training programs to improve team performance.
  • Client Management & Business Development :

  • Anticipate client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Reach out and maintain contact with potential clients.
  • Qualifications :

  • Prior relevant experience will be advantageous but not necessary.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel is a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
