Role : Talent Development Principal

We’re partnering with a global leader in manufacturing innovation to find a seasoned Talent Development Principal who will play a key role in shaping the company’s leadership capability at scale. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and can design, lead, and deliver impactful development solutions across regions.
Responsibility
- Design and architect enterprise-wide leadership and talent development programs that align with evolving business priorities
- Facilitate high-impact leadership workshops and coaching sessions, both in-person and virtually, for global audiences including senior leaders
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Talent Partners to assess development needs and create tailored, scalable solutions
- Apply a data-driven approach to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize learning strategies
- Champion the use of digital learning tools and platforms to scale and sustain learning globally
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably from a global multinational environmentDemonstrated expertise in leadership development program design and facilitationStrong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesStrategic thinker with experience in learning analytics, program measurement, and digital learning platformsExperience in manufacturing, tech, or fast-paced, high-growth industries preferred#LI-RK1
