Job descriptionTroubleshooting & Repairs : System Improvements : Documentation & Reporting : Project Support : Compliance & Safety : Vendor & Contractor Coordination : Education : Experience : Technical Skills : Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, and automated systems is an advantage Familiarity with TPM, 5S, or other continuous improvement frameworks Soft Skills : Good communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Ability to work independently and under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance :
Perform regular maintenance inspections and corrective actions on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement appropriate repairs or replacement of parts.
Evaluate current systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase uptime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare part usage.
Participate in the planning and execution of engineering projects, including new equipment installation, line upgrades, and layout changes.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Liaise with external service providers for specialized maintenance, equipment servicing, and parts procurement.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
At least 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
