Project and Sales Support Executive (Up to $3400)

We are representing a leading supplier of

aluminium windows and doors in Singapore ,

well-regarded for delivering quality products and reliable services

to both residential and commercial clients. As part of their

expansion, we are seeking a Sales & Project

Consultant to join the team.

This

role offers an exciting blend of sales engagement and

project management , giving you the opportunity to

manage projects from initial enquiry through to successful

completion.

Key

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to sales enquiries (calls, walk-ins,

and online leads).

Provide product knowledge,

prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring

excellent service.

Plan, coordinate, and

oversee projects to ensure timely and successful

delivery.

Define project scope, allocate

resources, and liaise with vendors / third parties.

Monitor project risks, financial constraints, and resolve

issues proactively.

Maintain proper

documentation, workflows, and progress tracking.

Support and guide junior staff while fostering

collaboration across teams.

Keep up-to-date

with industry trends, products, and contribute to process

improvements.

Requirements

Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field

(preferred).

Experience in sales

support and project coordination is an

advantage.

Fluent in Chinese to liaise with

Chinese-speaking customers

Proficient in

Microsoft Office applications

Strong

interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention

to detail.

Proactive, adaptable, and

results-driven mindset.
