We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented people-person to join our team in a dual-role handling both administrative tasks and recruitment efforts. You'll support day-to-day operations, collaborate across teams, and help attract and manage new talent.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Communicate with candidates and report recruitment progress weekly
Handle reimbursements with proper documentation
Maintain organized records and files
Plan internal events and manage travel logistics
Handle various ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements : Diploma / Degree in Admin, HR, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong English communication skills
Organized, meticulous, and a good team player
Able to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
