Responsibilities
General Administrative Duties
Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of written correspondence. Handle daily transactions and client inquiries related to billing and accounts. Maintain high service standards to ensure client satisfaction and build strong rapport. Oversee incoming mail, faxes, and courier arrangements; manage office supplies. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the studio. Register new clients and maintain an up-to-date client database. Act as a liaison between clients and staff for scheduling and appointment tracking. Sales & Retail Support
Maintain a well-stocked and neatly displayed retail area. Receive stock and deliveries while managing inventory. Assist in selling and promoting studio products and services. Requirements
Prior experience in client service or administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with the ability to address diverse client needs effectively. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Interest in fitness, particularly Pilates, is a plus. Availability for a
5-day work week
, including at least
two weekends per month
English and Chinese
