Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- To resolve construction problems and issues to ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
- Manage the architectural program, design submissions, material selection and approval, to complete the works on time.
- Detail shop drawing preparation and liaising with consultants, QPS and sub-contractor.
- Coordination with construction team and subcontractor for accurate translation of design to drawings;
- Propose practical solution to contractors to overcome different types of site and viaduct construction matters related to construction.
- Liaise with clients and authorities for projected related matters and requirements.
- Review, update, coordinate and general all architectural work for the project.
- Supervise, manage and inspect all architectural on site.
- Carry out architectural works site supervision and documentation.
Requirement :
Degree in Architecture, recognized by Board of Architects SingaporeAt least 10 years’ experience in architectural field in construction industry, preferably with CONQUAS / quality management experience on PPVC, PBU or MET projectsCandidate with more than 10 years' experience will be considered for a senior roleProficient in project management and architectural tradesHaving experiences in LTA Project would be preferredAbility to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environmentLocation : Teban Gardens West Region
