Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for gym and pool
• Oversee equipment procurement and installation of gym and pool systems.
• Ensure all work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective Coordinate daily operations of gym and pool facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise housekeeping, lifeguard, and maintenance teams to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate staff training on first aid, and safe equipment handling.
• Supervise a team (trainers, lifeguards, maintenance staff etc).
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance across all gym and pool areas.
