Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

• Conducting Chinese Language Enrichment for preschoolers
• Plan & develop Chinese Curriculum
• Support operational needs of the school such as preparing spaces for learning activities / events and caring for children during opening and closing hours
• Engaging or redirecting children to main activities where appropriate, modelling positive behaviours
• Maintaining a clean, safe and supportive learning environment that is engaging and calming to optimise children’s learning as aligned with school's mission and vision
• Support children’s toileting needs / diaper changing routine care
• Support naptime needs such as setting up room, tidying bedding, naptime supervision of children
• Assist with class-related paperwork or preparation, i.e. putting up displays, preparing lesson materials and tools, classroom organisation
• Attend all school team and class meetings and contribute actively where appropriate
