Key Responsibilities :
- Assess and manage patients, develop and implement appropriate podiatry treatment plans using specialised knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate and report findings to referring doctors and the wider medical team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of podiatry care.
- Ensure accurate billing and recording of patient charges.
- Track and update individual performance metrics / statistics regularly.
- Practice within areas of professional competence and seek guidance from supervisors or other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Collaborate and participate in case conferences.
- Support preparation of monthly performance reports and monitor KPIs for the team (i.e., clinical quality, service standards, productivity, and revenue)
- Co-lead clinical research projects and departmental activities.
- Maintain and update inventory of therapy equipment and assist in reviewing clinical protocols and SOPs.
- Assists in the management of projects assigned to the workgroup.
- Support clinical education programs for podiatry students, including induction and mentoring of new podiatrists.
- Contribute to in-service training, talks, external workshops, seminars, and forums.
- Identify training needs within the team and ensure continuous professional development.
Key Requirements :
