- Lead initiatives to grow both our investment and insurance portfolio across B2B and B2C markets
- Identify and pursue high-value leads, nurturing long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape outreach strategies and client solutions
- Guide and mentor junior executives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Contribute to client satisfaction and sustainable business growth
Requirements
Local diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably within the financial or fintech industryStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsA strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Singapore’s insurance landscape and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines)A passion for personal growth, leadership, and team successExperience with digital distribution, Insurtech platforms, or CRM toolsCertifications such as CMFAS, ANZIIF, or equivalentPerks & Benefits
