Roles & Responsibilities

Our clients are expanding a newly launched business unit in the finance industry. They are seeking ambitious professionals to lead business development efforts across both corporate and individual investment and insurance segments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to grow both our investment and insurance portfolio across B2B and B2C markets
  • Identify and pursue high-value leads, nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape outreach strategies and client solutions
  • Guide and mentor junior executives, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and sustainable business growth

Requirements

  • Local diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably within the financial or fintech industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s insurance landscape and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines)
  • A passion for personal growth, leadership, and team success
  • Experience with digital distribution, Insurtech platforms, or CRM tools
  • Certifications such as CMFAS, ANZIIF, or equivalent
