IAM Engineer (Semiconductor, Production Applications / IT, East Region)

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements :

• Design, implement, and optimize IAM processes (e.g., joiner, mover, leaver workflows).
• Support development of a system-independent role concept for better authorization management.
• Assist in gathering and evaluating new IAM requirements.
• Define needs and coordinate external support.
• Provide 24 / 7 Level 2 & 3 support for IAM systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Document requirements and coordinate system enhancements.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for IAM applications.
• Collaborate with departments on productivity improvements, error / cost reduction, and other enhancement projects.
