Job descriptionSupport the Customer Service Department and report to the Team Manager Manage bookings for both air and sea shipments Coordinate with air and sea carriers to arrange shipments Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates and handling enquiries Handle documentation for sea shipments, including preparing bookings and bills of lading Ensure accuracy in all records and paperwork Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
