Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position : Admin Assistant (Simple Duties / Data Entry / Inventory) - Midview City (Sin Ming)
  • Location : Sin Ming Lane (Bishan)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday / 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 + Performance bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities :

  • Prepare invoices / Receive Orders / Organise Documents / Filing
  • Stock / inventory check, maintain updated data records, print reports
  • Attending to calls
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support and handle administrative requests from the management.
  • Requirements :

  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words etc)
