Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback / towing, water / toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment.
• Liaise with IGO / Maintrol / CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
• Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements / shortages.
• Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
• Attend to customers’ requests / complaints (where necessary).
• Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
