Job description

Summary:

Basic $2500 - $3000 + Commission, East, 5days
5 working days, 9am-6pm
Entry level is welcome to apply, training will be provided
Location : Taiseng (Walking distance from Taiseng MRT)

Job Scope:

Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to successful placement.
Conduct executive and non-executive search assignments across a wide range of industries.
Handle the job offer process, including salary negotiations and compensation discussions with both clients and candidates.
Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and current employment conditions.
Drive business development by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong client partnerships through effective account management.
Work closely with clients to design customized recruitment strategies and hiring plans.

Requirements:

No experience required, training will be provided
Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience will have added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
