Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of Pharmaceuticals DCS systems on site. Key technology will be Emerson DeltaV.
- Experience in Emerson DeltaV Automation in Pharmaceutical or Bio-pharma industry is must
- Will participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
- Thorough understanding of Physical and Procedural Layer design, development and qualification.
- Work with automation team to design system architecture, Design Specification, Control Strategies, and library development.
- Supporting manufacturing operations for day today support for DeltaV system.
- Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes
- Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.
- Field commissioning of automation equipment’s.
- System administration and maintenance support.
- Computer system Validation and documentation support for automation systems.
- Interacting with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and Technology providers.
Requirements :
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.Through understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical processUnderstanding of automation hardware and networking technologiesEmerson DeltaV DCS Batch experience requiredFamiliarity with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharmaAbility to work well in a team environment.Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation information.Good communication and able to work remotely or onsite as required by client.Tell employers what skills you have
