Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade DevOps pipelines (CI / CD) with security, compliance, and high availability as core principles.
• Architect and administer Kubernetes / OpenShift clusters with strict governance, namespace management, Helm chart deployments, and authentication integration.
• Drive AWS cloud adoption (EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch) with a focus on automation, security hardening, and cost optimization.
• Oversee infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) to ensure consistent provisioning and configuration of cloud and on-prem workloads.
• Manage and troubleshoot middleware technologies (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, MQ) with experience in migration across platforms (e.g., AIX → Linux).
• Implement monitoring and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK / EFK) to provide proactive performance and incident visibility.
• Enforce secure authentication models including SAML, OAuth, Keycloak, and ADFS across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in highly regulated banking / financial environments, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.
• Lead root cause analysis for incidents, deliver detailed remediation, and guide BAU (business-as-usual) operational excellence.
