Admin and Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Admin and Accounts Executive to join the team at Truwater Singapore Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Pioneer West Region and will play a crucial part in supporting the company's accounting and administrative functions.

What you’ll be doing

Handling all bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations

Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence and maintaining office records

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Collaborating with the wider team to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role, ideally within the Accounting industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using accounting software

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
