Roles & Responsibilities

Field Service Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment (Entry Level)

Training Provided | Overseas Exposure | Career Growth in Semiconductor Industry

Location : Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Salary : S$2,500 – S$3,000 / month (depending on relevant industrial attachment, work experience, and education level)
Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

What You’ll Do

Learn to install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Assist senior engineers with machine setup and testing at customer sites

Support preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting tasks

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment uptime

Help manage spare parts and maintain accurate service documentation

Work in cleanroom environments as part of equipment installation and servicing (full protective suit and training provided)

Begin under supervision and gradually handle tasks independently as you gain experience

What We’re Looking For

NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering

No prior experience required – full training provided

Keen interest in hands-on technical work and learning new technologies

Comfortable with cleanroom environments and customer site work

Willing to travel regionally for short-term assignments (travel allowances provided) and attend mandatory training in Japan (twice per year)

Responsible, motivated, and eager to develop a long-term career in engineering

Comfortable with hands-on work and being on your feet during site visits
