Consulting Partner - Recruitment

We are a Niche-Boutique Executive Search firm specializing in recruitment solutions for top-tier industrial experts immersed in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Industries.
We had a great momentum build up over the last 6 months, that has now enabled us to hire with confidence on the next few talents for the journey ahead.
We are Interested in accomplished recruiters with a well-established client base within our Specialization covering STEM Industries such as HealthTech & Medical Devices, Life Science Pharmaceuticals sectors.

Job Details & Description

Alignment with a STEM-Focused Brand : Partnering with Stemgenic means aligning yourself with a brand that specializes in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) based industry verticals, providing a niche focus.

Ownership of a Specialized Desk : Take ownership of a dedicated desk to conduct your recruitment business with a specialized focus, whether it's country-specific, region-specific, or industry-specific.

Job Requirements

Recruitment experience with a proven track record of well-established client base and a history of successful billings.

Knowledge and experience in a specialization related to STEM Focused industries or related job expertise.

Strong entrepreneurial drive with commitment to self-discipline and professionalism.

Proficiency in Singapore's TAFEP regulations and adherence to industry best practices.

CEI certification
