Roles & Responsibilities
Tenant management : Act as the primary point of contact for tenants.
Process tenant applications, screen potential renters, and negotiate lease agreements.
Establish and enforce property rules.
Handle tenant complaints, disputes, and move-in / move-out processes.
Maintain positive tenant relationships.
Financial management : Set and collect rent, security deposits, and other fees.
Manage delinquencies and collections.
Prepare and manage the property's budget and accounts.
Report financial performance to property owners.
Property maintenance and upkeep : Oversee and coordinate all maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Manage staff, vendors, and contractors for property upkeep.
Conduct property inspections.
Leasing and occupancy : Market and show vacant apartments to prospective tenants.
Maintain a high occupancy rate.
Ensure all lease agreements are up to date and legally compliant.
Legal and administrative : Ensure the property complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all income, expenses, leases, and tenant information.
Handle administrative tasks and filing.
