Job Description
- Prepare and analyse cost comparison..
- Providing information of all the contract documents, correspondence and other information to ensure a proper performance of contractual obligations.
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
- Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively.
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
- All other QS related job
REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION
Degree / Diploma in Quantity SurveyingMin 3 years and above experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in main-con companiesProven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation ordersProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Golden softwareAble to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlinesPreferably with working experiences in MRT projects5 days work weekTell employers what skills you have
