Assistant Project Manager (M&E, BuildingServices)

Position : Assistant Manager /

Manager

(Mechanical)

Department : Engineering

Salary : Base from

S$4,500 - S$6,000

Allowances : Up to

S$1,000

Responsibilities :

Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project

execution and site operations.

Coordinate

effectively with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and

subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.

Monitor and control the quality of materials, equipment,

and installations in line with ISO standards and project

requirements.

Review and coordinate shop

drawings and other technical documentation.

Prepare work schedules and attend client and internal

meetings.

Manage site materials and equipment

to minimize wastage and reduce delays.

Identify non-conformance in products or installations and

implement corrective actions to prevent defects.

Explore new technologies and installation methods to

improve productivity and efficiency.

Track

site progress and communicate updates clearly to

stakeholders.

Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical / M&E Engineering

with 3-5 years of relevant site / project management experience in

M&E contracting.

Knowledge of ISO 9000 /

OHSAS 18000 (minimum requirement).

ISO

Internal Quality Auditor certification.

Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course

certification.

Strong coordination,

communication, and problem-solving

skills.
