Senior Presales Solution Architect - APAC

Job Description

Summary : We are seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect with expertise in psychometric assessments and a strong academic foundation in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Master’s required). This role is central to shaping talent solutions for clients by combining deep scientific knowledge with practical technology application. You’ll act as a key strategic advisor to global HR leaders, helping them navigate complex challenges across talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Strategic Insight

• Lead discovery sessions to understand clients’ HR challenges, workforce goals, and human capital strategies—regionally and globally.
• Analyze existing HR processes, systems, data architecture, and stakeholder goals, with a view toward discovering value based differentiation
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Commercial, Deployment, Professional Services) before and after discovery to ensure full alignment and readiness.
