Roles & Responsibilities

Up to $6,500 basic + bonus!
Participate in the New Building Hospital projects at Bedok area
Permanent position.
Experience in civil infrastructure projects preferred.

Our Client, a reputable MNC & leading A1 Main Contractor diverse in civil and large-scale railway infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities :

Assist Design Manager (BIM) in implementing and developing BIM within the Planning and Engineering Section.

Develops BIM capability and capacity for Architecture, Structures, MEP, 4D Scheduling, Clash Detection, and Construction Planning.

Liaises with clients, consultants, and in-house team on the development and implementation of BIM and regulations.

Bim coordination and production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents

Communicate with the team, troubleshoot, and deliver modeling on time

Job Requirements :

Nitec / Diploma or equivalent in Bim / Architectural / MEP / Civil & Structural

Experience in Railway or LTA projects preferred.
