Regional Market Segment Head, Printing Inks APAC

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for regional performance (CM1) of Market Segment
• Staffing & steering of regional AT teams and Marketing
• Opportunity Management and resource allocation for customer projects in the region.
• Accountable for regional customer segmentation and service level alignment
• Responsible for MS-specific internal & external communication in the region
• Supports the innovation pipeline of the Market Segment to optimize product portfolio to be future-proof
• Accountable for Market Segment internal projects, including innovation projects, AT-projects or improving business processes in the APAC region.
• Accountable for mid-term planning of MS in the region
• Ensures excellent customer and industry engagement
• Accountable for regional pricing within defined range / business rules
• Regional market and competitive analysis incl. pricing on product / customer level
• Supports Safety and Quality initiatives in line with the ESHQ-targets of the BL respectively SP
• Supports external growth initiatives (M&A, VC, etc)
