IT System / Business Analyst - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

a. Manage Tech Projects for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives / enhancements that are outsourced to our existing contractors;

a. Collaborate with business & technology stakeholders, work closely with external parties,

a. Provide support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality;

b. Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that can be conducted by the party authorized by the Authority;

c. Review project deliverables (e.g. system documentations, monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design / code) to ensure the completeness for

a. Implement public service domain knowledge;

b. Utilize cloud technologies like GCC Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform to conduct end-to-end systems monitoring, problem resolution and to save operating costs;

a. Ensure project deliveries complies with relevant policies, standards, and guidelines, and identify and address any compliance gaps
