Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role provides hands-on experience in supporting client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion strategies across Southeast Asia. You’ll work closely with our regional BD team on prospect research, proposal development, pipeline tracking, and client engagement. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn how agencies grow their business, and ready to develop strong commercial and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the BD team in identifying and researching potential clients and partnership opportunities.
- Assist with preparing client presentations, proposals, and case studies.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to uncover business opportunities.
- Help maintain CRM and track business development pipeline progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams (media, creative, PR) to prepare pitches and client deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings or calls to gain exposure to relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong interest in business development, sales, or client management.Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).Good research and analytical abilities with attention to detail.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Language Requirement : Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus to liaise with Chinese clients and HQ.What You'll Gain
