Our client is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing digital payments solutions. Right now, they are seeking a VP, Human Resources to support tjheir people strategy, drive employee engagement, and enhance organizational development. This individual will be a strategic partner to business leaders, overseeing talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
  • Provide guidance on talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to attract top fintech talent.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, compensation planning, and career development programs.
  • Support training and upskilling initiatives tailored to fintech industry needs.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and fintech regulations.
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
  • Act as the point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a dynamic workplace.
  • Organize well-being programs, team-building activities, and leadership development workshops.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience in fintech, technology, or financial services.
  • Strong expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and high-growth tech environment.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and fintech industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and performance management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
