Right now, they are seeking a VP, Human Resources to support tjheir people strategy, drive employee engagement, and enhance organizational development. This individual will be a strategic partner to business leaders, overseeing talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.Provide guidance on talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to attract top fintech talent.Oversee performance review cycles, compensation planning, and career development programs.Support training and upskilling initiatives tailored to fintech industry needs.Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and fintech regulations.Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).Act as the point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a dynamic workplace.Organize well-being programs, team-building activities, and leadership development workshops.Requirements :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.At least 10 years of HR experience in fintech, technology, or financial services.Strong expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations.Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and high-growth tech environment.Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and fintech industry best practices.Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and performance management tools.Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.EA Licence No : 23S1615
