Technical Solutions Consultant

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for a 1-year contract assignment with our multinational client, a leading social media technology company.

Be part of a team of creative problem solvers dedicated to optimizing our advertising solutions for businesses. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you'll support Client Solutions Managers, Account Managers, and Partner Managers, troubleshooting client issues and collaborating with the Solutions Engineering team. You'll serve as the technical expert for clients and internal stakeholders, advising on best practices and resolving technical challenges. This role requires curiosity, adaptability, and a knack for developing creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Become an expert on our advertising solutions and consult clients on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our advertising solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address client issues and develop technical service plans.
