Job description

  • We are seeking a CI / CD & Salesforce Deployment Engineer to coordinate and manage the end-to-end CI / CD pipeline for all Salesforce applications.
  • The ideal candidate will lead release planning, scheduling, and communication across multiple vendor teams, ensuring seamless deployments and environment stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall Role Coordinate and manage the end-to-end CI / CD pipeline for Salesforce applications.
  • Lead release planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to align all deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of releases. Technical Execution & Governance Design, implement, and maintain automated CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment issues.
  • Develop and maintain rollback strategies and conduct post-deployment health checks. Ensure all deployment activities adhere to organizational policies, compliance standards, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails for deployment operations. Environment Management Oversee the health, integrity, and synchronization of all Salesforce environments.
  • Manage sandbox refreshes and ensure metadata consistency across environments. Monitor environment performance and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability and data integrity.

    • Required Skills & Tools CI / CD Expertise :

  • Proficiency in Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and other CI / CD tools.
  • Release Management : Strong understanding of Salesforce release cycles, change sets, and metadata management.
  • Problem Solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot complex deployment challenges and drive issues to resolution. Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Familiarity with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, and Salesforce Metadata API (preferred but optional).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in CI / CD pipeline management and Salesforce deployment.
  • Experience in multi-environment management and governance frameworks is a plus.
