Job descriptionOversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet Streamline work processes Plan and deliver of student activities / post-exam activities and curriculum To take on tuition classes To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre To handle parents’ / students’ enquires on class timings / services / etc Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule Training of new hires Handle firsthand issues for the outlet Providing regular updates to the management Any other operational duties as assigned
Roles & Responsibilities
Centre Manager (Tuition Centre)
Working Days : 6 working days (including one weekend, rotating shift with one hour lunch break)
Basic Salary : $3000 - $5000 + attractive performance-based incentive package
