Job Description
Our client is a local health & wellness beauty salon looking for a Beauty Therapist to join the team. This position is required to provide services to clients, including facial and hair treatment.
Responsibilities】
- Perform essential treatments for clients, including machine-based facials, body treatments, and hair treatments.
- Conduct analyses of skin, body, and hair for both new and existing clients.
- Provide product recommendations, advising on suitable packages, products, treatments, and body care solutions.
- Update and maintain client records in the company system, including personal details, treatment and medical history, patient notes, before-and-after photos, and session claims.
- Ensure regular follow-up on customer treatments and conditions to uphold high service standards.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, handling inquiries and resolving complaints
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
