Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst

Experience : 4–6 years

About the Role :

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Business Analyst with 4–6 years of experience to support marketing automation projects. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth implementation of SFMC campaigns, journeys, and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM processes .
  • Experience in creating user stories, process flows, and functional documentation .
  • Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, or SFMC scripting is a plus.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
  • Analyze existing marketing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories .
  • Assist in designing campaigns, journeys, email templates, and automation workflows in SFMC.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and other teams to ensure proper implementation.
  • Conduct testing and validation of SFMC solutions before deployment.
  • Provide training and support to business users on SFMC functionalities.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and new features .

    • Preferred :

  • Salesforce Certification (Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant) is a plus
