Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Management System :
- Facilitate the organization to act according to the processes described in the respective parts of the Quality Management System
- Participate in management reviews, report, and analyze key performance indicators
- Organize and conduct trainings for the local organization and sales teams
- Manage process document control and ensure up-to-date documentation
- Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks
- Responsible for Audit Management Software (CAQ)
Customer Requirements :
Evaluate and manage customer-specific requirements, provide documentation if neededCollect and evaluate customer scorecards. Drive and monitor improvement actions if required.Support product change notifications (Global PCN and Local PCN) and customer special requirements.Attend customer quality trainingEnsure correct PPAP documentation / submission (main responsibility plants)Analyze and report on major claim issuesMaintain IMDS / CAMDS databases and manage shelf-life statementsRequirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering - preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent)5+ years’ experience in automotive / electronics quality field
Completed auditor training of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949)Advanced knowledge of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949) and automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC)Interested candidates please send in your resume to :
