JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced customer service executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage quotation, order processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and excellent customer service. You will prepare quotes / project proposal, process and track orders and project progress, coordinate with factory, customer and internal team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for customer enquiries from emails / calls on quotation, order acknowledgement, ordering from factory, expediting and follow up on delivery / return in prompt and accurate manner.
2. Liaise with factory, sales to ensure quotations are accurate and aligned with pricing guidelines
3. Process order to factory, expedite, track and ensure timely delivery
4. Resolved customer’s return, complaints / feedback effectively and prompt escalation when needed
5. Support Sales team and work with team to ensure that KPIs are met, documentations follow company policies
6. Any other tasks as assigned or necessary to meet changing business condition.
Requirements
1. Degree or Polytechnic diploma preferrable in technical or supply chain discipline
2. At least 2 years of previous experience with customer service, sales support
3. Familiar with of MS Office; Outlook, Excel, word with strong skills in Excel.
4. Some experience in ERP or business applications / platform
5. Proficient in written English and normal conversational communication in English and Chinese.
6. Customer oriented with the ability to prioritise different urgencies and multitasking
