Job Description and Responsibilities
The role of the Card Operations Officer is to facilitate the processing of payments and postings from
internal stakeholders on a daily basis within the specified SLA, in addition to managing queries from
internally. This role entails the candidate to be working closely with Team Manager to ensure all
deliverables are met for the team.
Staff to be involved in :
Processing of Fund Transfer, SmartPay, Cashplus, Balance Transfer, Refunds requestsEnsuring accuracy of financial entries postedTracking of own daily productivity on trackersHandling of emails from internal stakeholdersTimely closure of service requests assignedAssist in the reconciliation of ledgers used for Card OperationsEnsure all documents are filed and archived in accordance with bank and regulatory policyAdherence to risk and compliance standards of the bankTeam player and demonstrates personal excellence in going beyondPerforming any other administrative tasks as required by the managementRequirements
Diploma / Degree HolderPreferably 1 - 2 years of relevant banking experienceIndependent and able to multi-task and cope with change and in a fast-paced environmentPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think objectively and 'think outsidethe box' when analyzing issues
Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mindsetStrong cross-functional collaboration and communications skills, driving outcomes throughinfluence and negotiations
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPointTell employers what skills you have
