Description
Reporting to the Finance
Director, you will : Lead budgeting,
forecasting, and performance reporting to support strategic
decision-making across regional portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales,
operations etc. to drive business outcomes through meaningful
financial insights
Monitor key performance
indicators and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and
revenue growth
Review financials, contracts,
and pricing strategies to maximise project profitability
Prepare and present business review decks for senior
management to support strategic initiatives
Partner with IT to enhance digital finance transformation
and recommend analytical tools that improve
accuracy
The Successful
Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related
discipline; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
preferred
At least 8 years of combined
experience in a professional accounting firm (e.g. Big 4) and
commercial roles in business partnering / FP&A within a
MNC
Proven stakeholder management experience
across sales and operations, preferably in IT or other fast-paced
industries
Excellent communication and
influencing skills, with the ability to translate financial data
into actionable business insights
Strategic
thinker with hands-on experience using analytical tools such as
Power BI or AI-driven
solutions
