OUTLET MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day to day restaurant operation;
Monitoring of Food preparation (food and personal hygiene)
Ingredients stock take and ordering
Set achievable Sales targets
Prepare and execute marketing activities
Manage Customer service / complaints
Ensure restaurant's compliance to SOP
Manage restaurant's profit and loss
