Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated & results-driven Futures BD Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the growth of our exchange through strategic partnerships and ensuring the seamless execution of commercial agreements. You will be instrumental in expanding our digital asset offerings and forging key relationships within the crypto ecosystem, with a strong focus on the legal and contractual aspects of these partnerships.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing contract agents, KOLs with orders, quantitative teams, and community leaders in the global markets.
- Explore high-quality and quantity-based resources, promote cooperation through commission incentives, competition activities, commission system, etc.
- Connect and maintain partner relationships, follow up on transaction data and incentive distribution, improve contract activity level and trading volume.
- Assist in formulating BD incentive strategies (commission ratio, grading system, settlement cycle, etc.) and optimize the volume structure.
- Promote user growth and transaction conversion through platform activities such as trading competitions, contract weekly rankings, and live trading.
- Track industry competing product BD strategy, regularly output market survey and cooperation Data Analysis report.
Requirements :
At least 1 year of experience in Web3 exchanges, contract projects, agency systems, or KOL expansion.Familiar with the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a deep understanding of contract product mechanisms, rebate systems, and trading user portraits.Priority will be given to those who have rich community, KOL, and quantitative team resources.Results-oriented, strong execution ability, with excellent business negotiation and data analysis skills.Bonus points :
Have experience in BD on platforms such as Binance, Bybit, Bitget, CoinW, Aster, etc.Actual achievements of successfully signing KOLs or agent teams.Familiar with on-chain derivative DEX, CEX commission mechanism and user conversion path.Tell employers what skills you have
