Job descriptionMarketing PO and Invoice Support : Help manage marketing-related purchase orders and invoices. OOS Monitoring : Assist in tracking out-of-stock (OOS) items and reporting them. Customer Complaints Tracking : Help log and follow up on customer complaints. Marketing Activities Support : Provide assistance with marketing events, promotions, and other activities. Minimum ‘O’ Level Proficiency in MS Word & Excel Bilingual in English & Mandarin Able to work under pressure, multi task & independently Immediate
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support :
- Customer Inquiries : Help respond to basic customer inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Order Processing : Assist in entering and processing customer orders, ensuring details are recorded correctly.
- Data Entry : Support data entry tasks, including downloading and verifying information from driver handheld devices.
- Invoice Support : Help prepare and issue invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent out on time.
- System Support : Assist with uploading sales data into the Navision system.
- E-Invoice Assistance : Support the process of submitting e-invoices to customers.
- Driver Coordination : Assist with coordinating driver schedules and deliveries.
- General Admin Tasks : Perform routine administrative duties, such as filing, document organization, and managing sales & marketing work supplies.
