Job Description :
We are hiring Motorcycle Field Collections Riders to perform outdoor debt recovery visits and address verifications across Singapore.
Responsibilities :
- Perform field visits to debtor addresses for payment collection, address verification, and delivery of letters.
- Conduct face-to-face engagements with debtors in a professional and respectful manner.
- Submit timely reports on field activities and update case officers.
- Work closely with the collections team to support investigations and follow-up actions.
- Escalate challenging cases for office support when required.
