We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Executive to join the Medical Affairs team. Reporting to the Function Head, you will support key healthcare programmes, events, and research activities. In this role, you will help coordinate flagship conferences, manage continuing education initiatives, provide secretariat support to committees, and ensure smooth collaboration with healthcare partners and stakeholders. You will also track programme outcomes, oversee research administration, and contribute to quality improvement efforts, all while driving impactful initiatives that enhance kidney care and professional development.

1. Flagship Conferences & Events

  • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of major events such as the Kidney Care Conference Singapore, including managing timelines, liaising with scientific and organising committees, coordinating with speakers, sponsors, and volunteers, and ensuring smooth event-day operations.
  • Handle event logistics such as registration platforms, correspondence, presentation materials, and budget monitoring.
  • 2. Healthcare Programmes & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work on meaningful projects such as the Kidney Supportive Care Programme (partnering with healthcare institutions to improve patient care through Service Level Agreements) and Dialysis Modality Programmes (supporting implementation of treatment options, tracking quality indicators, and facilitating care coordination between providers).
  • Monitor programme outcomes and recommend improvements in collaboration with clinical teams.
  • 3. Research Administration & Quality Improvement

  • Provide secretariat and administrative support for the Research Committee, including research collaboration agreements, progress monitoring, and governance compliance.
  • Assist in quality improvement initiatives, from supporting clinical audits to coordinating activities for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
  • 4. Continuing Education & Professional Development

  • Manage Continuing Medical Education (CME / CPE) programmes, webinars, and workshops, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.
  • Support professional development through clinical competency training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the publication process for Renal Outlook, including article submissions, peer reviews, and liaison with authors and reviewers.
  • Experience

    Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, events / project coordination, or committee / secretariat support.

    Prior exposure to research administration or healthcare programme management is an advantage.

    Key Competencies

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Good understanding of event planning, programme coordination, and secretariat support.
  • Ability to monitor outcomes, track quality indicators, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, partners, and sponsors.
