About the Role
As the Product Director, you will own the strategic direction and execution of our product portfolio, driving user growth, engagement, and retention. You will transform complex data and user insights into actionable strategies, leading a cross-functional team to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance the customer journey and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, sort out key projects, and drive the full process of project planning, design, implementation and operation. Clarify product strategy, organize priority projects, and advance the end-to-end process of project planning, design, delivery and operation.
- Conduct in-depth customer, market, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and develop winning strategies that accelerate business performance.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure user engagement, activation, retention, and monetization effectiveness.
- Leverage product and user data insights to inform strategic decisions, prioritize initiatives, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration — including R&D, design, operations, and risk control — to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives.
- Build a structured product operation team, clarifying core roles in user, content and data operations. Set up a marketing team collaboration mechanism to align product positioning and promotion pace. Oversee end-to-end post-launch operations (user acquisition / conversion, feature monitoring, feedback iteration) to ensure product value and user growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities, maximize product impact, and drive organizational success.
- Be responsible for product team management and optimize the talent echelon of the product team. Manage the product team and enhance the product team's talent hierarchy.
Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years of product management experience.Proven track record in data-driven product growth, especially in digital platforms or fintech / trading environments.Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills, with systematic thinking and sharp user insights.Proficiency in data analysis tools and data-driven decision-making.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects at scale.Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.Able to use Chinese and English as working language to work with chinese speaking stakeholdersTell employers what skills you have
