Senior / Project Engineer (ACMV, 5.5 days work, M&E project, Design)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirement :

• Design & Calculation : Perform heat load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV / VRF) using HVAC engineering principles.
• Technical Drawings : Interpret and review ACMV drawings; ensure ducting, piping, and layouts meet design and regulatory standards.
• Installation & Supervision : Oversee site installation, ensure compliance with specifications, and supervise testing and commissioning (T&C) of systems.
• System Integration : Coordinate with BMS teams for HVAC controls integration and troubleshoot control-related issues.
• Technical Documentation : Prepare method statements, technical reports, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., BCA, SS553, ASHRAE).
• Problem Solving : Resolve on-site engineering issues and propose value engineering solutions to optimize performance and cost.
