Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpreting Plans : Reading and understanding blueprints and building plans to guide construction and installation.
• Measuring & Cutting : Precisely measuring and cutting wood, plastic, and other materials to size.
• Assembly & Installation : Constructing and installing building frameworks, walls, floors, and doorframes. They also install fixtures like windows, molding, and cabinets.
• Repair & Maintenance : Performing repairs and maintenance on existing structures and fixtures to ensure longevity and functionality.
• Safety Compliance : Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations on the job site.
• Technical Knowledge : Understanding of building materials, carpentry techniques, and safety protocols.
• Physical Stamina : Good physical condition to handle repetitive tasks, work in various positions, and lift heavy objects.
